Serving Up Fish Sticks
If you think your lakeshore would be ideal for fish sticks (natural tree structures placed along shorelines to improve habitat), there may be grant dollars available next spring for this effort, which would mean no cost or installation hassles for you. Zebra Mussel Update:
In the fall of 2016, a suspected Zebra Mussel (ZM) was found on a removed dock and verified by the Wisconsin DNR.
